Altair Monarch 2020 is a multi-component application that allows you to model and extract analytical assets from both structured and less-than-structured sources, such as PDFs, reports, and EDI streams, and then use the data obtained in a self-service manner on your desktop for broader analytical use.
The complete features of your Monarch Complete application depend on the license you purchased.
For example, if you purchased a license for Monarch Classic, you gain access to all of Monarch Classic's standard capabilities, which include creation of advanced data extraction templates, definition of table summaries, and application of advanced redaction techniques to tables resulting from report extraction.
If you purchased a license for Monarch Complete, you gain access to all of Monarch Classic's standard capabilities plus those of Monarch Data Prep Studio. Monarch Data Prep Studio is a powerful solution offered only in Monarch Complete that is designed to address most rapid data preparation needs. With Monarch Data Prep Studio, you can perform:
Drag and drop parsing and extraction
Report discovery and data combination
Real-time data preparation
Exports to a number of file types and visualization tools
If you purchased a license for Monarch Complete with Table Extractor, you gain all of Monarch Classic's standard capabilities plus those of Monarch Data Prep Studio and Monarch Complete Table Extractor, an extremely useful tool for lifting tables from text-heavy PDF reports and exporting them to Monarch Data Prep Studio.
